SANTA CAT from VF 103 !
Model is TAMIYA at 1/32 scale, build by ...me !
There is a mixed of material here, the model is from Tamiya, the cockpit is the new Combat Serie with modifications to have a Bombcat version; Lantirn pod is from Teknics as for the burner cans and some parts for the cockpit too...!
The resin cockpit made by Black Box come easily into place, pieces are really crisp, specialy the seats ! Modifications where made at the rear pit for the bombcat version, this mean the addition of the left hand stick and the square screen in the center. Seats where first paint in flat white, then with oil for simulate the cushions. Straps are in enamel and all the data is hand made. For the exhausts, a coat of flat white then with some artist powder is simulate the dirty effect of the engine.
