Kittyhawk Mk IA(P-40E)
Model is REVELL at 1/32, with JR Rutman kit and lots of scratch, build by Pierre CHIPOTOVSKY.
The old Revell kit,rivets and panel lines rescribed(a
little on the heavy side,but after all,it's a Curtiss).Undercarriage,wheel
bays and cockpit are from the G.Rutman range,rather hard to fit to say the
least.Cockpit and wheel bays are painted with Aeromaster acrilycs.The
different shades of Azure Blue are Testor's enamel paints,Dark Earth and
Mid-Stone,are Gunze acrilycs as are the different shades applied t give a
"Dusty"appearence.
